Brittani Vaughn, MA, LPC Associate

Supervised by Michelle Hall, M. Ed., CT, LPC-S

Brittani is a graduate of Midwestern State University, holding a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Clinical Mental Health. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate, set to obtain full licensure in the fall of 2022. She has five years of experience in a community mental health setting working with individuals who experience severe and persistent mental illness symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and substance use, as well as crisis intervention services. Brittani uses a person-centered approach, combined with CBT techniques, to focus on each individuals personal needs to assist in developing skills, identifying strengths, and fostering growth to help move towards personal goals.

I've enjoyed helping people find answers and navigate various stages of life, whether it's childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, or beyond. I'm willing to be flexible and utilize what is effective, from traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to specific techniques tailored to help in your unique circumstance.

I have experience working with a wide range of populations and focus on anger, anxiety, behavioral problems, mood management, relationships, and trauma. Gilberto Barrios Garcia, MA, LPC-Associate

Gilberto is a LPC-Associate, who is supervised by Michelle Hall, M.Ed., CT, LPC-S. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Texas A&M University and a M.A. in Psychology from Midwestern State University’s graduate program in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. Gilberto completed his practicum at the MSU Psychology Clinic and internship at Red River Hospital. He has worked with individuals with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and emotion dysregulation. Gilberto uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach combined with elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
