Kenda Finn, M. Ed., LPC, NCC
My name is Kenda Finn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. Born and raised in the Wichita Falls area, I hold a Bachelor of Science from Midwestern State University and a Master of Education in Counseling, also from MSU. I have spent 19 years in education, working as a teacher and then a certified school counselor for the last ten years in public schools. I have experience working with children and adolescents and their families. I have two and a half years experience working with a local non-profit organization, providing counseling to at-risk youths, ages 3-17. I am passionate about children and their well-being. I have worked with a wide variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, anger, behavior, divorce, grief, trauma, autism, parenting, and school issues. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, play, art, sandtray, social stories, and bibliotherapy techniques in my counseling practice.
I live in Wichita Falls with my husband and three children.
Cesar Diaz, MA, LCDC, LPC
Cesar Diaz is a trauma therapist with specializations in both EMDR and CPT, two of the gold standards of care for persons struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Cesar holds certifications in both DBT & REBT as well as SMART Recovery. He is adept in working with adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and personality disorders.
He holds dual licensure as a licensed chemical dependency counselor for the State of Texas.
An eight-year resident of Wichita Falls, he previously worked for Red River Hospital as the interim director of the military unit while also serving as its veteran program lead therapist.
A prior infantry chaplain with combat service in Afghanistan, his therapy style is best described as one blending gratitude, realism and compassion.
Gilberto Barrios Garcia, MA, LPC-Associate

Gilberto is a LPC-Associate, who is supervised by Michelle Hall, M.Ed., CT, LPC-S. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Texas A&M University and a M.A. in Psychology from Midwestern State University’s graduate program in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. Gilberto completed his practicum at the MSU Psychology Clinic and internship at Red River Hospital. He has worked with individuals with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and emotion dysregulation. Gilberto uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach combined with elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
