I’ve enjoyed helping people find answers and navigate various stages of life, whether it’s childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, or beyond. I’m willing to be flexible and utilize what is effective, from traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to specific techniques tailored to help in your unique circumstance.

I have experience working with a wide range of populations and focus on anger, anxiety, behavioral problems, mood management, relationships, and trauma.
