About Ashley, MA, LPC

Ashley Statham is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She is a two-time graduate of Midwestern State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2015 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She also has experience facilitating groups using the SMART Recovery curriculum. Upon request, Ashley offers faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective.

Ashley enjoys working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She has a special interest in supporting those navigating infertility, high-achieving individuals facing burnout or pressure, and those adjusting to new stages of life. Guided by the work of Carl Rogers, she prioritizes creating a space rooted in unconditional positive regard, authenticity, and warmth – fostering an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow and heal.
