Together we can combat concerns of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, gender and sexuality, developmental and life transitions, and couples and family concerns such as setting boundaries, attachment issues, and communication improvement. I specialize in talk therapy with concentration in CBT. The nature of the issue arises through communication patterns upon which the client will take the lead and together we construct the clients’ goals. We will incorporate appropriate techniques to achieve stated goals and monitor progress together to ensure attainment. Therapy for children will look different with the utilization of play therapy as an aid to process emotional, behavioral, and developmentally concerns in an environment that is comfortable for growth and self-discovery.
